Egyptian iconographies by shawkash Egyptian iconographies by shawkash
Just for fun.

inspired by an art piece made by *1NNU3NDO

Credits exhibition:
Melgi picture, and the source of drawing Adel Adham, Soaad Hosni etc, Al Khatib are all owned by me.

Most vectors are made by me except: that small horses coat of arms, it is made by ~YSR1 he didn't ask for credits though.

The lady on bottom left, is from a stock account in DA, it's condition didn't require to give any credit. However I wish to give it, but since this particular work is done since about a year, I forgot the URL, if you know her let me know, however -again- I am sure she had no conditions to credit her back.

The rest of photos are from sxc.hu.

This is nice and it must have been hard to choose from among the dozens of iconic figures that represented Egypt during that time period. :D

I am really wondering whose photo that is on the extreme bottom right. At first I thought it might have been Dalida.

Egypt a once beautiful nationalistic country, which gave the Arab world leaders as Abel Nasser and wonderful singer as Um Khaltom. Is now the land of traitors and starving population...

Nothing against the Egyptian people, but I still waiting for a Coup etat...

I like old Egypt too, for modern one I don't like everything, I don't think Egyptians are poor though, we just have some manners problem. :)

Still I can't forgive Egypt, what they are doing against us...Know what I don't want to continue, I will end hurting you and the people of Egypt....

Just wanna say that the West aren't your friend and that we other Arabs(especially we Palestinians) are missing Mother Egypt, thats it.

well seems you have a lot of problems in regards of the Egyptian politics. I fear to say while your opinion doesn't hurt me, and it is a respected one, this art piece is more focusing on Egyptian events and iconographics that is separated from politics. I am not against discussing politics in art though, but may be in a future art piece. :)
